It’s easy and fully automated. Use your reservation code or QR code on your phone to access the secure door when you arrive.

You may enter the hub up to 10 minutes before your reservation and re-enter up to 30 minutes after your booking ends. Guests who significantly overstay or ignore voice warnings may be charged penalties by our security team.

No. House paddles and balls are available at the hub. You are also welcome to bring your own equipment.

Yes. You may bring up to 4 people total, including yourself, for free. Additional guests may be allowed for a small charge, with a maximum of 6 people per table. Pricing depends on the time. For larger groups, please email info@tabletennistime.com.

Yes, we have vending machine available for drinks and snacks. Please note that outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the facility.

No. Shower facilities are not currently available. However, the space is designed to be clean, comfortable, and convenient for every player.

Yes. There is a designated private changing area. You may leave clothes on clean hangers and shoes on the rack while you play, then change back and freshen up after your session.

Yes, as long as the table is available after your reservation. To extend your time, please book through your profile at www.tabletennistime.com.

If you remain at the table more than 5 minutes past your reservation, the system will automatically charge you for an additional 30 minutes. Please clear the table when your reservation ends. You may stay in the hub briefly to collect belongings or freshen up, but the table must be cleared on time, especially if other players are waiting. Overstaying may result in penalties from our security team.

Yes. You can cancel your reservation through the Cancel Reservation button on www.tabletennistime.com. There is no charge if you cancel at least 12 hours before your reservation. After that, a fee of $5 per hour may apply up to 2 hours before your reservation, because we may not be able to resell that time slot. Please cancel if you cannot make it.

No. Every table must be reserved before use, even if it appears empty. Using a table without a reservation may result in a fine.

No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the hub. Anyone caught smoking or vaping may be subject to a fine. Our security team may charge penalties of up to $500.

No. The hub does not serve alcohol, and guests may not bring or consume alcohol inside the hub. Our security team may charge penalties of up to $500 for alcohol violations.
