IT'S TIME, ANYTIME!

Membership Policy

This Membership Policy governs all memberships offered by Table Tennis Time. By purchasing or using a membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Membership Eligibility

Memberships at Table Tennis Time are available to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Each membership is issued to a single individual and is personal to the registered member. The registered member is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and ensuring that all membership privileges are used only in accordance with these Terms and the facility's policies.

Membership Benefits

Founding Members receive exclusive benefits designed to provide greater value and flexibility, including complimentary playing hours and can accommodate up to four (4) players per table reservation, subject to the terms of the membership and table availability. Additional benefits include priority booking access, exclusive member discounts, a 10% discount on  bookings and events, and access to future member-exclusive promotions and special offers that may be introduced by Table Tennis Time. All membership benefits are available only while the membership remains active, in good standing, and in compliance with these Terms, the Membership Policy, and all applicable facility rules. Table Tennis Time reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue membership benefits with reasonable notice where necessary for operational, legal, or business reasons.

Membership Discounts and Promotional Offers

Membership discounts and benefits are provided exclusively as part of the Member’s active membership. Membership discounts may not be combined or stacked with any other promotional offer, coupon, discount code, special pricing, gift certificate, referral incentive, loyalty reward, or other promotional program. Only one (1) discount, promotion, or offer may be applied to any single reservation, purchase, or transaction. If multiple discounts or promotional offers are available for the same transaction, the Member will receive only the single discount or offer that provides the greatest benefit.

Membership Usage

Memberships are personal and may only be used by the individual to whom they are issued. Members may invite guests only as permitted under the benefits of their selected membership plan, and all reservations must be made through the member's own registered account. Members may not share, transfer, or allow others to use their membership, account credentials, or access privileges. The member who makes a reservation is fully responsible for the conduct, actions, and compliance of all guests included in the reservation. Any violation of the Terms of Service, facility rules, or Code of Conduct by a guest may be treated as a violation by the member and may result in warnings, suspension, termination of membership privileges, or other appropriate action

Membership Fees

Membership fees are charged according to the membership plan selected at the time of enrollment and must be paid in accordance with the applicable billing schedule. All membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated by Table Tennis Time. Members are responsible for ensuring that payment information remains current and that all recurring payments are successfully processed. Failure to make timely payments, including declined or unsuccessful transactions, may result in the suspension or termination of membership benefits and access to the facility until the account is brought into good standing. Table Tennis Time reserves the right to update membership pricing, billing terms, or payment methods with reasonable notice to members.

Membership Pause

To provide members with greater flexibility, Table Tennis Time allows memberships to be paused under certain conditions. Members may pause their membership up to four (4) times during the lifetime of the membership. Only the first month of approved pause is complimentary. Any additional months of pause will be subject to a pause fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per month. Pause requests must be submitted before the next scheduled billing date. During an approved pause, membership benefits, privileges, and access to member-exclusive services are temporarily suspended. Unless otherwise approved by Table Tennis Time, regular billing and membership benefits will automatically resume at the end of the approved pause period. Table Tennis Time reserves the right to approve or deny pause requests that do not comply with this policy.

Reservation Rules

Members are required to comply with all reservation policies and procedures established by Table Tennis Time. All reservations are subject to table availability, and membership does not guarantee access to a table during peak hours or periods of high demand. Members must reserve their playing time through their registered account and check in using their assigned access credentials, including any access code or digital entry method provided for their reservation. Members are responsible for arriving and departing within their reserved time to avoid disrupting subsequent bookings. Reservations that are not used or are not canceled in accordance with the applicable Cancellation Policy may be forfeited without refund or credit. Table Tennis Time reserves the right to modify reservation procedures, booking limits, and availability as necessary to ensure fair access and efficient operation of the facility.

Guest Policy

Members may invite guests only to the extent permitted by the benefits of their selected membership plan. Founding Members may reserve for up to four (4) players per table reservation, including the member. The member who makes the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with the Terms of Service, Membership Policy, Code of Conduct, and all posted facility rules while on the premises. Members are accountable for the actions and behavior of their guests, including any damage to the facility or equipment, unpaid fees, or policy violations. Any misconduct or violation committed by a guest may be treated as a violation by the sponsoring member and may result in warnings, suspension, termination of membership privileges, assessment of repair or replacement costs, or other disciplinary action deemed appropriate by Table Tennis Time.

Non-Transferability

Memberships at Table Tennis Time are issued exclusively to the registered member and are strictly non-transferable. Memberships may not be shared, loaned, sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any other individual. Members are prohibited from allowing another person to use their membership account, access credentials, or membership privileges. Memberships may also not be used for commercial purposes, including coaching, organized events, or other business activities, without the prior written consent of Table Tennis Time. Any unauthorized sharing or misuse of membership credentials, or permitting another individual to access the facility using a member's account, constitutes a violation of this Membership Policy and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of membership privileges, without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to Table Tennis Time.

Member Responsibilities

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner at all times while using Table Tennis Time and to comply with all facility rules, policies, and procedures. Members agree to treat fellow members, guests, and staff with courtesy and respect, use all facility equipment and amenities responsibly, and maintain the security and confidentiality of their account information, access credentials, and reservation details. Members are responsible for promptly reporting any damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to Table Tennis Time. Members must also ensure that any guests they invite comply with the Code of Conduct, Terms of Service, and all facility policies. Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in warnings, suspension, termination of membership privileges, or other disciplinary action as deemed appropriate by Table Tennis Time.

Suspension and Termination

Table Tennis Time reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's access and membership at its sole discretion for violations of this Membership Policy, the Terms of Service, the Code of Conduct, or any other applicable facility rules. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, sharing membership accounts or access credentials, fraudulent bookings or payment activities, repeated cancellations or abuse of reservation privileges, intentional or negligent damage to facility property or equipment, harassment, threats, violence, abusive or disruptive conduct, theft, illegal activities, or repeated violations of facility policies. Depending on the nature, severity, and frequency of the violation, Table Tennis Time may issue a written warning, temporarily suspend membership privileges, permanently terminate the membership, revoke membership benefits, assess charges for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs, or pursue any other remedies available under applicable law. Memberships suspended or terminated for cause are generally not eligible for refunds, credits, or reimbursement of any membership fees, and Table Tennis Time reserves the right to deny future membership or reservation requests from individuals whose memberships have been terminated due to policy violations.

Changes to Membership

Table Tennis Time reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue membership pricing, benefits, policies, program features, eligibility requirements, or other membership-related terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or business needs. Members will be provided with reasonable notice of any material changes through the website, email, or other designated communication channels before such changes become effective. Unless required by law or necessary for operational, safety, or security reasons, changes will not retroactively affect membership benefits that have already been earned or redeemed. Continued use of a membership after the effective date of any changes constitutes the member's acceptance of the revised Membership Policy.

Cancellation by Member

Members may cancel their membership at any time by following the designated cancellation process established by Table Tennis Time. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable membership plan, cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing period, and the member will continue to receive membership benefits until that date. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, and no partial refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be provided for any unused portion of the billing period or for unused membership benefits. For Founding Members, cancellation of the membership may result in the permanent forfeiture of Founding Member status and all associated benefits. Once a Founding Membership has been canceled, it cannot be reinstated at the original Founding Member pricing, terms, or benefit level unless expressly authorized in writing by Table Tennis Time. Members are encouraged to carefully consider the consequences of cancellation before submitting a request, as certain membership benefits may no longer be available after cancellation.

Acceptance of Membership Policy

By purchasing or using a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Membership Policy, the Terms of Service, and all facility rules established by Table Tennis Time. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.
