CODE OF CONDUCT
Table Tennis Time is a self-service, unmanned table tennis facility. By booking a reservation, entering the facility, or bringing guests, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct. These rules help keep the space safe, secure, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.
Important: There are no on-site staff. The reservation holder is responsible for everyone in their group.
Respect the Facility and Other Players

Treat all guests, neighbors, staff, and facility property with respect.

Use appropriate language and behavior at all times.

Harassment, threats, discrimination, fighting, or disruptive behavior are not permitted.

Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during late-night and early-morning hours.

Be mindful that the facility may be in use by other players.
Unmanned Facility Rules

Table Tennis Time operates without on-site staff.

Enter only during your confirmed reservation time. Access is available up to 10 minutes before your booking.

Do not share your door code, QR code, account details, or access link with anyone outside your reservation group.

Do not allow unauthorized individuals into the facility.

Security cameras may be used to help protect guests, equipment, and the facility.

Report suspicious activity, damage, or a safety concern immediately.
Reservation Holder Responsibility

The person who makes the reservation is responsible for everyone in their group.

Each reservation includes up to 2 players unless additional players have been added. A maximum of 4 players is allowed per table reservation.

Guests under age 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult.

The reservation holder may be charged for damage, excessive cleaning, missing equipment, or rule violations caused by their group.
Play Safely

Wear suitable clothing and non-marking athletic shoes while playing.

Use tables, paddles, balls, seating, and equipment only as intended.

Do not stand, sit, lean heavily, or place food, drinks, bags, or other items on the playing tables.

Keep walkways, entrances, and emergency areas clear.

Do not attempt to repair, move, or alter equipment.
-
Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions immediately.
Keep It Clean

Clean up after yourself before leaving and take all personal belongings with you.

Place trash in the designated bins.
-
Keep food and drinks away from the playing tables. Closed water bottles are allowed.

Leave the facility ready for the next players.
Prohibited Conduct

Smoking, vaping, alcohol, illegal drugs, or intoxication.

Weapons or dangerous items.

Pets
-
Unauthorized commercial activity, coaching, events, or photography.
-
Tampering with cameras, locks, access systems, or safety equipment.

Intentional damage, theft, or misuse of facility property.

Sharing access with unauthorized individuals.
-
Remaining in the facility outside your reservation time without approval.
Emergencies and Facility Issues

In an emergency, call 911 immediately.

Do not attempt to force entry, bypass locks, or interfere with the automated access system.
Enforcement
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the facility, cancellation of current or future reservations, suspension of membership privileges, additional charges, or other action as appropriate.
