These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Table Tennis Time website, account and reservation systems, memberships, automated facility, equipment, communications, and related products or services (collectively, the "Services"). "Table Tennis Time," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Table Tennis Time. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing or using the Services, including a Member, reservation holder, guest, or website visitor.

By creating an account, purchasing or using a membership, making or using a reservation, entering the facility, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the other applicable agreements and policies identified below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or enter the facility.

Related agreements and controlling terms

​

•  The Membership Agreement and Membership Policy govern membership enrollment, recurring billing, benefits, pauses, cancellation, suspension, and termination.

• The Reservation Cancellation Policy governs reservation confirmation, changes, cancellations, late cancellations, no-shows, refunds, credits, and restoration of complimentary hours.

• The Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information.

• The Code of Conduct and posted facility rules govern behavior, safety, equipment use, and facility access.

If these Terms conflict with a more specific applicable agreement or policy, the more specific document will control for that subject. For Members, the Membership Agreement will control any conflict concerning membership. The Privacy Policy will control any conflict concerning personal information to the extent required by applicable law. Specific written promotion or booking terms may control for that promotion or reservation.

Eligibility

​

To create an account and make reservations, you must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals under the age of 18 may use the facility only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian or when accompanied by a responsible adult. The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all participants comply with these Terms of Service and is liable for the conduct and actions of everyone included in the reservation.

 

Reservations

A valid reservation is required before using the facility. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that all reservation times are fixed and begin and end at the scheduled times. Unused reservation time is non-refundable, and late arrivals will not result in an extension of the reserved playing time. To ensure fairness for all users, players are expected to vacate their table promptly at the end of their scheduled session.

 

Access to the Facility

​

Table Tennis Time is a fully automated self-service facility. Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a unique digital access code or secure entry link that allows you to enter the facility during your reserved session. Your access credentials are valid only for the duration of your reservation, are intended solely for your personal use, and must not be shared with any other individual. Unauthorized sharing, misuse, or distribution of access credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of current or future reservations, suspension of membership privileges, or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.

 

Entry Window

To help ensure efficient operation and a smooth experience for all players, you may enter the facility up to ten (10) minutes before the start of your scheduled reservation. Re-entry is permitted for up to ten (10) minutes after your reservation ends, if necessary. Players are expected to leave the facility promptly at the end of their reserved session. Remaining inside the facility beyond your authorized reservation period without prior approval may result in additional charges, temporary suspension of access privileges, or other appropriate actions as determined by Table Tennis Time.

 

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, each reservation includes only the number of players selected during the reservation process. Additional guests may be permitted subject to availability and payment of any applicable fees. Under no circumstances may the maximum occupancy allowed for each table or playing area be exceeded. The individual who makes the reservation is fully responsible for the conduct, safety, and compliance of all guests included in the reservation and agrees to ensure that every guest follows these Terms of Service and all facility rules while on the premises.

 

Facility Rules

​

To provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone, all visitors are expected to treat fellow players, staff, and the facility with respect at all times. Players must use all tables, paddles, balls, and other equipment responsibly, wear appropriate athletic footwear, maintain reasonable noise levels, properly dispose of trash, and leave the playing area and equipment clean and in good condition after use. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the premises: smoking or vaping, possession or use of illegal drugs, consumption of alcohol, possession of weapons, fighting, threatening or abusive behavior, intentional damage to property, unauthorized commercial or business activities, and bringing pets into the facility, except for service animals as required by law. Table Tennis Time reserves the right to immediately remove any individual who violates these rules without refund and may suspend or permanently terminate access to the facility for repeated or serious violations.

 

Equipment

​

Players are welcome to bring their own paddles, balls, and other approved table tennis equipment or use the house equipment provided by Table Tennis Time, subject to availability. All equipment must be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose. Users are responsible for any loss of or damage to facility equipment resulting from misuse, negligence, or intentional misconduct. Table Tennis Time reserves the right to charge the responsible individual for the repair or replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

 

Safety

​

Table Tennis Time is intended for recreational sports and physical activity. By entering and using the facility, you acknowledge and accept that participation in table tennis involves inherent risks, including the possibility of slips, falls, collisions, and other injuries. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and agree to use the facility in a safe and responsible manner. You should participate only if you are physically able to do so and must immediately stop playing if you experience pain, dizziness, illness, injury, or any condition that could place yourself or others at risk. By using the facility, you accept full responsibility for your own health and safety while on the premises.

 

Security Monitoring

To help maintain a safe and secure environment for all visitors, Table Tennis Time is monitored by video surveillance twenty-four (24) hours a day. Video and audio recordings may be reviewed and used for security investigations, accident or incident reviews, law enforcement requests, insurance claims, and general facility operations. By entering or using the facility, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of video recordings for these purposes. Table Tennis Time will handle surveillance recordings in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy.

 

Personal Property

​

Lockers, storage areas, or other storage facilities, are offered solely as a convenience for clients. Table Tennis Time does not assume responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property brought into or left at the facility, regardless of whether such items are stored in designated areas. Users are encouraged to keep all valuables with them at all times and should not leave personal belongings unattended. Any property left behind may be handled in accordance with the facility's lost and found procedures.

 

Damage to Property

​

All users are expected to exercise reasonable care while using the facility and its equipment. You are responsible for any damage to the facility or its property caused by your intentional acts, negligence, misuse, or the actions of any guest included in your reservation. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to tables, nets, barriers, training robots, flooring, walls, furniture, and any other fixtures or property owned by Table Tennis Time. Table Tennis Time reserves the right to charge the responsible individual for the reasonable costs of repairing or replacing damaged property and may suspend or terminate access privileges for serious or repeated violations.

 

Memberships

​

Memberships offered by Table Tennis Time are subject to separate membership terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Memberships and any associated benefits are personal to the member, are non-transferable, may not be shared with others, and may not be sold or otherwise transferred without our prior written consent. Table Tennis Time reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue membership plans, pricing, benefits, or eligibility requirements at any time upon providing reasonable notice to affected members.

 

Payments

All payments for reservations, memberships, and other services are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers. By making a reservation or purchasing a membership, you authorize Table Tennis Time to charge your selected payment method for all applicable reservation fees, membership fees, taxes, authorized additional charges, and any repair, replacement, cleaning, or damage fees incurred in accordance with these Terms.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

​

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or membership agreement, reservations canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time may be eligible for a refund or account credit. Reservations canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled reservation time and no-show reservations are generally not eligible for a refund. If Table Tennis Time is unable to provide the reserved facility due to equipment failure, emergency, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund, account credit, or reschedule the reservation.

 

Website and Online Services

You agree to use our website, mobile applications, and online services only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks, interfere with the operation or security of our website, upload viruses, malware, or other malicious software, use automated bots or scripts without our prior written permission, or copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any website content except as expressly authorized by Table Tennis Time.

 

Intellectual Property

All content available through Table Tennis Time, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, photographs, videos, software, text, designs, and other proprietary materials, is owned by Table Tennis Time or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, displayed, or otherwise used without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

 

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Table Tennis Time and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to your use or misuse of the facility, your violation of these Terms, or any acts or omissions by you or your guests that result in injury, property damage, or legal claims.

 

Suspension or Termination

Table Tennis Time reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account, membership, or access to the facility without refund if you violate these Terms, damage facility property, threaten or harass staff or other customers, engage in illegal or unsafe activities, misuse access credentials, abuse the reservation system, or otherwise engage in conduct that may negatively affect the safety, security, or operation of the facility.

 

Force Majeure

Table Tennis Time shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations when caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, fires, floods, utility outages, internet or telecommunications failures, labor disputes, governmental actions, public health emergencies, pandemics, or other events that make operation of the facility impracticable or impossible.

 

Dispute Resolution

​

We encourage all disputes to be resolved promptly and fairly. Before filing any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Table Tennis Time shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in Nassau County, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed arbitration provider. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and each party waives the right to have the dispute heard in court or decided by a jury, except where prohibited by applicable law.

 

Changes to these Terms

​

Table Tennis Time reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the facility, website, or services after revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
